  • Change of mind after service delivery

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery or project completion. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

We will review your refund request within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be considered:

  • When part of the service has been delivered successfully
  • For milestone-based projects where some phases are complete
  • When additional work beyond scope has been completed
  • In cases where revisions exceed the agreed limit

6. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, please consider our revision policy:

  • Most projects include 2-3 rounds of revisions
  • Minor adjustments are typically accommodated at no extra cost
  • Major changes may require additional payment
  • We strive to meet your requirements through revisions first

7. Project Cancellation

7.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Full refund if no work has commenced
  • Partial refund based on work completed if project is in progress
  • No refund if project is 80% or more complete

7.2 Service Provider Cancellation

If we need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund for any payments made.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

  2. We'll review the case with fresh perspective
  3. If needed, we may involve a neutral third party for mediation

9. Warranty and Support

  • 30-day bug fix warranty for web development projects

  • Ongoing maintenance services (separate agreement)

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services.
