These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Chetan Lar ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By contacting us, requesting a quote, making a payment, or engaging our services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
3. Services Offered
We provide various digital services including but not limited to:
- Laravel Application Development and Customization
- Website Development and Design
- Mobile Application Development (iOS and Android)
- E-commerce Solutions
- Website Maintenance and Support
- Video Editing and Motion Graphics

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Information and Materials
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
- Supply necessary materials, content, and resources
- Respond to queries and requests within reasonable time
- Ensure all provided content is original or properly licensed
- Obtain necessary permissions for use of third-party materials
4.2 Communication
Clients must maintain regular communication and respond to our requests within 7 business days. Delays in client response may result in project delays and potential additional charges.
4.3 Payment
Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule and payment terms outlined in the project proposal or contract.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Schedule
- Small projects (under $500): 100% upfront payment
- Medium projects ($500-$2000): 50% upfront, 50% on completion
- Large projects (over $2000): Custom payment schedule
- Monthly retainers: Payment due on 1st of each month
5.2 Late Payments
Payments not received within 15 days of the due date may result in:
- Suspension of work until payment is received
- Late fees of 2% per month on outstanding amounts
- Withholding of project files or deliverables
- Termination of the project
5.3 Additional Costs
Additional charges may apply for scope changes, rush orders, premium support, third-party services, or work beyond the original agreement.
6. Project Scope and Changes
6.1 Scope Definition
Each project will have a clearly defined scope of work outlined in a proposal or statement of work. This document serves as the basis for all project activities.
6.2 Change Requests
Any changes to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
6.3 Revisions
Each project typically includes 2-3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Client Ownership
Upon full payment, the client will own the custom work created specifically for their project, excluding pre-existing materials, frameworks, and general methodologies.
7.2 Third-Party Materials
Any third-party materials (stock photos, fonts, plugins, etc.) used in the project may require separate licensing. The client is responsible for ongoing license fees.
7.3 Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1 Service Warranty
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. We provide a 30-day warranty for bug fixes on delivered work.
8.2 Disclaimers
We make no warranties regarding:
- Specific business results or revenue generation
- Search engine rankings or traffic increases
- Compatibility with future software updates
- Performance on all devices and browsers
- Third-party service availability
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Third-party actions or service failures
- Force majeure events beyond our control
10. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by the client during the course of our relationship. This includes:
- Business strategies and plans
- Customer data and lists
- Financial information
- Technical specifications and source code
- Any information marked as confidential
11. Termination
11.1 By Client
Clients may terminate services with written notice. Termination fees may apply based on work completed and resources committed.
11.2 By Service Provider
We may terminate services immediately for non-payment, scope creep, abusive behavior, or failure to provide necessary materials.
11.3 Post-Termination
Upon termination, final payment is due within 15 days. Work files will be provided upon full payment settlement.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
